Coaching
The 2009 season is fast approaching and district development staff in conjunction with the East Perth Football Club (EPFC) and West Australian Football Commission are looking forward to providing a comprehensive season calendar of coach education opportunities.
Quality coaching is an integral component to ensuring that players enjoy and remain in our game. Coaches are a major factor in providing a positive environment for players. Recognising this, the EP District in conjunction with the EPFC is committed to coach development and providing education opportunities.
The EP District is currently liaising with the EPFC coaching staff to confirm their involvement in the 2009 EP District Coach Education Calendar. Keep an eye on this page for upcoming coach education initiatives and activities which will include:

- Fortnightly E-newsletters with tips and drills
- EPFC Colts Game Day Learning Experiences
- EPFC League/Colts Training Learning Experiences
- 14th March - Level 1 Women's Coach Accreditation Course (Leederville Oval - tbc)
- 31st March - EPFC Colts Training Viewing (5.30pm, Lightning Park, Noranda)
- 6th April - Tony Micale Seminar (7.30pm, East Perth FC, Leederville Oval)
