Hynes completes coaching staff

E-mail Print

David Hynes is the final piece to the puzzle of the 2009 coaching staff as he has accepted a role to be the Royals reserves coach. He joins Tony Micale, Michael Braun and Matt Clape as recent additions to the coaching staff that look towards making the Royals once again a force in the WAFL. Like the other three David brings a wealth of experience to the table playing 86 AFL games for both the Eagles and Dockers, including playing in the 1994 Eagles premiership side. He also played in a Premiership at South Fremantle in 1997, winning the Simpson Medal for being judged best afield as well as winning SANFL Premierships at Port Adelaide.

He will provide valuable coaching and support for the Reserves team, many of which tasted League football in 2009.

The Club’s pre-season will begin on the 10th November.
