Tim Noakes has taken out the 2008 FD Book Medal, 3 votes clear of Runner-Up Craig Glancy. Noakes had an outstanding year up forward and was rewarded with his consistency over the entire year. Craig received the maximum number of votes in the final round to propel him in to second place while Merrington & Wulff finished 3rd & 4th respectively
In the Reserves Danny Smith and Jake Lalich both finished on 40 votes and were equal Eric Smith Medallists. While in the Colts, Jordan Eastwell backed up his Jack Clarke medal for the best player in the WAFL Colts competition with the Hec Stremple Medallion, finishing 10 votes clear of last year’s winner Matt McGrath
