Friday, March 25, 2022 - 1:47 PM

In readiness for the 2022 season the East Perth senior squad will be slightly larger than previous years, to help the Club in managing any COVID circumstances we may face. All WAFL Clubs have until June 30 to make list changes. Below are our List Changes for the upcoming season

INS

Damon Greaves – Has returned to the Club from Hawthorn where he played ten games across three seasons. A beautiful kick, Damon will line up across half back and push into the midfield

Michael Randall – A talented and highly sought-after recruit from Peel Thunder, the 22-year-old midfielder will join the Club when advised by Sports Integrity Australia

Thomas Medhat – Came to the Royals through a trade with West Perth for Aidan Lynch. A hard running, strong marking forward, Tom will be a key forward target.

Elijah Taylor – Transferred to East Perth from Perth in a trade for Ajang Ajang, Elijah is an exceptionally talented forward/mid.

Tom Wallis – The former Essendon listed wingman has been trying to get to the Royals for 18 months. Tom has been training with the Club since January and will be looking to use Leederville’s wide-open space to his advantage

Hamish Brayshaw – Coming back to the Royals after two years with the Eagles WAFL team, Hamish is a terrific recruit for the Club. A noted ball winner and on-field leader, Brayshaw is a key inclusion to the east Perth midfield brigade

Kyle Hamersley – Playing his junior football South Fremantle and after spending a year with Wagin, Kyle is back in the WAFL. He impressed in his first pre-season game with his penetrating field kicking.

Gordon Narrier – Former North Melbourne and Perth player ‘Gordy’ joined the Club as a free agent. Gordon has moved down from Northam and is an exciting goal kicking prospect.

Jake Symington – Joined the Club from Swan Districts in the off season, the Bunbury product has been impressive in the pre-season and kicked a goal in his first hit out for East Perth on the weekend

Max Annandale – Another Victorian who has been trying to get over to East Perth for over 12 months. Graduating from the Geelong Falcons, Max will be looking to develop his key forward attributes. Looked good in his pre-season match, presenting well and kicking a goal
