Royals regain injured trio to face the Sharks

EAST Perth will regain the services of co-captain Brendan Lee in the Club’s clash against the Sharks at East Fremantle Oval this afternoon.

Lee, sustained the injury in the last of the Royals pre-season matches against Swan Districts almost two months ago and has been involved as the league runner in recent weeks.

Garry Moss and Kyle Anderson will also return to the Royals line-ups. Moss, will play his first game since Round 11, 2013 in the Reserves. Defender, Kyle Anderson has also recovered from injury and has been named as an inclusion.

Little has separated the Sharks and Royals in recent encounters. In 2013, East Perth were victorious over East Fremantle by 10 points in Round 6 at East Fremantle Oval before winning a three-point thriller at a rain sodden Medibank Stadium in Round 14.

The Royals will be without Simon Tunbridge who has been named for the West Coast Eagles. Injured duo, Mitch Fraser (hamstring) and Blayne Wilson (broken thumb) will also miss.

Pat McGinnity, Jacob Brennan and Dom Sheed will return to the East Perth team.

Meanwhile, former Royal, Danny Chartres, has been named as an inclusion and will line-up on the half back line for the Sharks. Michael Edwards and Jayden Schofield have also been listed as inclusions.

Perham, Bristow and former East Perth player Boston Williamson are listed as outs for the East Fremantle side.

Brett Dobson is also set to play his 50th game.
